Methodology
We don't teach. We flip the process.
Learning by doing

Practice first, with your real-life scenarios
Traditional training starts with theory, moves on to examples and, if there's time, ends with a role-play. We turn that around: we start by practising, learn from what happens and use the theory to do better next time.
Before the course, we build the scenarios around your real-life situations: your clients, your meetings, your objections. Your team spends 90% of the time practising, not listening.
This isn't just a hunch: research backs it up. A meta-analysis of 225 studies (Freeman et al., PNAS 2014) shows that people learn more by practising than by listening to a lecture. And another study on behavioural modelling training (Taylor, Russ-Eft and Chan, Journal of Applied Psychology 2005) confirms that seeing an example, practising it and receiving feedback greatly improves skills. That's exactly what we do in the room.
Signature tools
G.P.S., Kill the Wolf, F.A.B., The 3 Poles of Listening, E.A.R. Model: easy-to-remember frameworks you can put to use the very next day.
Each participant takes away their own reference cards. As one of them put it: “I still keep the laminated card and use it every time I call a client”.
AI as your copilot
Each participant gets an AI assistant trained in the course method to help prepare for real conversations and practises with a simulator that plays a difficult client, manager or colleague.
We keep going afterwards
