We write dozens of emails a day and half of them don't get read all the way through. This course teaches you to put the important information up front, cut your word count in half and get a response. You'll also learn how to use AI to write better, without sounding like AI.

What will you practise?
- 1. Be clear – Main Message First, Change the Order and Above the Fold: make sure what's important is visible without scrolling.
- 2. Be concise – Short sentences and Long story short: 10 to 20 words per sentence and half the text.
- 3. Build credibility – Use confident language: cut weak hedging and questions that ask permission.
- 4. Be direct – Stay focused: make one clear request, with a deadline and an owner.
- 5. Be respectful – Use “I” instead of “you”: be assertive without being aggressive, even in writing.
- 6. Make them want to respond – F.A.B. and “What's in it for me?”: write so the other person wants to reply.
AI in practice
How to use AI to draft, shorten and check the tone of your emails without sounding like a robot, using prompts based on the method.

Format
4 to 12 hours, with “before and after” exercises using your own emails. In person or live online. Available in Spanish, English, French or Catalan. Eligible for FUNDAE funding.
