Companies grow through the creativity and passion of their founders. As the company grows, the founders create teams and start delegating tasks.


When doing so, the founders believe that they must help their managers grow in terms of personal authority and ownership.


In a fast-changing environment, this brings about many challenges and associated problems: lack of focus, setbacks when delegating, loss of team coordination, lack of "seniority" in their management team, lack of impact and power in their sales teams.


The axes of recovery from such unproductiveness are sometimes latent in their people, and our goal is for them to unlock their full potential. The Entusiastics methodology aims at that intersection: where the company suffers visible unproductiveness and where the individual has untapped potential.

15 years of experience

The methodology is based (i) on the one hand on years of experience in the world of sales, market development, negotiation in international environments and team management in both small and large companies and (ii) on the other, on 15 years working as a mentor, coach and trainer with more than 150 companies.
